I have a question about where my package is...

Once a package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier about any questions about where your package is, as we Brookie's Kloset can only see what's on the tracking number, if you want more details- You must contact the shipping carrier

My package was lost/stolen, what do i do?

Please contact the shipping carrier to locate any packages; if they need any information from us, we will be happy to provide it.
